Samsung Unpacked 2019
In 2019 Samsung released one of their most anticipated devices, the S10. Using the device as inspiration our goal was to create a super engaging and exciting pre-launch campaign. From a detailed look and feel to a social playbook, we were able to create a hugely robust and exciting campaign that lived across all channels and inspired various S10 promotional materials.

Vintage Tweets
Leading up to the Samsung digital event, we found old tweets calling for better phone features. We then replied to these tweets with fortune teller-like responses.
Creation
We created a library of animated GIFs using the look and feel of the S10 launch. The social community team was able to pick from responses and reply as needed.
Success
The pre-launch campaign resulted in hundreds of replies to old tweets. We were able to hint at new features without leaking any new information.
Trial By Social
We ran a Facebook Canvas ad campaign in which users can experience the S10 before buying. Using the playable Facebook ad unit, we built the S10 interface into the playable ad, prompting users where and when to tap to complete a function.
Unpacked VIP Tote Bag
For Samsung VIP event-goers, we supplied them with a custom designed tote bag filled with an assortment of gifts. Since the event took place in San Fransisco, I pulled in various elements into the illustration.
